General Skills

The building blocks of basketball is the focus in our general skills program. This program will provide you with a solid foundation to develop and grow your game. Ideal for anyone that is starting to play or needs to do a health check on their fundamental’s knowledge and skills. We check and realign each athlete’s movement mechanics including practiced hand eye co-ordination drills.

You will gain the ability to productively make open layups and shots. By the end of this program each player will confidently defend, dribble, pass and shoot on their teams as well as help process coach directions at an accelerated rate during games. That confidence will drive them both on and off the court.
